What we offer?

Schedule all service appointment opportunities within the parameters that have been provided to us with an average speed of answer rate of 20 secs or less.
If it ever gets higher than that (even though we monitor it hourly), I want the manager to give me a call as soon as possible so that I can add overflow agents in real time.
We pick up all inbound phone calls starting at 7 am and continue to do so until 10 pm at night. We find that we catch all of those after-hours calls and take advantage of those opportunities, so this leaves room for about a 15% increase due to availability after hours.
